After more than 30 years of service with Hollandia Soccer Club — we proudly congratulate Percy Hoff on his well-earned retirement.

Percy’s impact on our club, and on the broader soccer community, is impossible to measure. For generations of players, coaches, and families, Percy has been a constant presence: a mentor, a leader, a teacher, and a tireless advocate for the game.

Over three decades at Hollandia, Percy did far more than coach teams. He helped build programs, shaped club culture, and set standards that continue to guide us today. His commitment went beyond wins and losses; Percy believed in developing players as people, instilling values of respect, teamwork, accountability, and a lifelong love for the game. Many who came through his teams went on to coach, volunteer, and give back themselves — a lasting testament to his influence.

As Percy steps into retirement, we celebrate not just a remarkable career, but a legacy that will live on at Hollandia for years to come. The fields, the sidelines, and the club won’t feel quite the same without him — but his fingerprints are everywhere.
