Hollandia Soccer Club, a leading youth soccer organization in Saskatoon, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Programs Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary full-time position providing maternity leave coverage, with an anticipated term of approximately 18 months.
Working closely with the Directors of Male & Female Player Development, Coach Development Lead, and Board of Directors, the Programs Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the club's youth programs, ensuring registrations, communications, scheduling, and club operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate player registrations for indoor and outdoor seasons, camps, and special programs.
• Assist families with registrations, payments, payment plans, financial assistance, and refunds.
• Respond to inquiries from families, coaches, and volunteers in a professional, timely, and supportive
manner.
• Maintain accurate registration records using RAMP Registration.
• Coordinate player evaluations, practice schedules, team formation, player invitations, and program logistics.
• Assist with coach and volunteer onboarding, compliance requirements, and volunteer administration.
• Coordinate the planning and administration of club-hosted tournaments, including team registration, scheduling, communications, volunteer coordination, facility logistics, and event preparation.
• Coordinate club events, equipment distribution and collection, field bookings, facility logistics, and uniform administration.
• Prepare member communications, website updates, and social media related to club programming.
• Maintain club documentation and administrative procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, registration reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in program coordination, administration, recreation, sport management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online registration/database systems. Experience with RAMP Registration and Playmetrics is an asset.
• Experience working with volunteers, youth sport organizations, or non-profit organizations is considered an
asset.
What We Offer
• Salary range of $41,000-$53,000, commensurate with experience.
